Be sure the outside of the returned box has the RAN clearly posted along with your name and address. Boxes received back at our warehouse without RANs clearly posted on their exteriors will be returned to sender at sender’s expense.
Double R Supply sells the highest quality products, most of which carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Email us the details of your warranty assistance needs to Customerservice@dblrsupply.com. We will take care of the problem or put you in touch with the manufacturer if the situation warrants it. Warrantys are offered and serviced by the manufacturers.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to improper handling by postal employees, incorrect incubation techniques and operator error, there is no guarantee on fertile hatching eggs. Fertile eggs are sent from NPIP certified flocks.
For the health of our staff & the sanitation of our facilities, absolutely no returns on used incubation or brooding equipment under any circumstances . We will assist you with warranty claims with the manufacturer if needed.
